After working for other people for numerous years I now have an employee/assistant working for me.... I think through years of being treated poorly by past bosses its taught me to treat your staff with respect, give them bonuses and praise when they do a great job and offer then rewards and things to aim for so that they can grow as you and your business grows....... Being a boss isnt about your own personal growth, its about the whole business, I believe if your staff respect you and how you treat them then they will respect and love the business also and treat it as there own..... By allowing them to grow as you grow it keeps them focused rather than them seeing a job simply for the $$$... Its all a learning experience but dont treat your staff like crap they will only work like crap! Dont treat your employees like shit unless you want a shit business....plain and simple.
