After working mostly two years in IT Security, I see only a small change in my career path, but I encounter a lot challenges with this career in the future. And Surely, I dont know how to reach the goal through the long path way. -Budget Constraint, without your company supports, its hard for you to afford to learn the Security Professional Course (very costly). -Poor Resource in the Country, difficult to find the IT security Professor and security consultant in the local. -Career Value, Salary and market value is still very low like the technical staff or engineer. While Security working and responsible is higher. -Management overlook on critical asset (IT Security Guy)
