After writing and asking for prayers this am; I drove to work. The more I thought about Tuck, the more angry I became; and I cant explain exactly why I was so angry. Maybe its because I kept trying to envision myself standing next to him (as weve done with so many other pets), holding his paw; as hes put to sleep. I promised myself, in that exact moment, that I was not going to let that happen. Come hell or high water, I was bringing my dog home. Well, it isnt hip dysplasia; IT WAS A STROKE; and it may not have been his first. I declined the CAT (or DOG lol) scan; so we dont know what kind of damage has been done to his brain; but the consensus is that it probably wasnt his first; and we have no way of knowing if hes going to have more; but as I am not going to destroy my dog; we shall just live with it. I will now busy myself with Googling everything I can about canine strokes.....Thank you for all the support and prayers; it may just be what solidified my resolve, and got me through the day...
