After you own land, the next step is to hire me to design construction drawings for you. The cost is $4000 +/- depending on the design and you end up with a cost to build broken down into 4 phases. Once you are ready to hire us to build your home I will then provide you with a material list. I will work for you on a cost +, cost to build plus my consulting fee of 35%. The first step is Land and then hiring us to design your home. I retain ownership and all copies of the plans. This is subject to change depending on the circumstances.
