Afternoon Ladies, Here’s the scenario: Our oldest is home for the holidays. Our youngest son calls to be picked up from practice. I get outside and both front seats are occupied by our oldest and youngest child. All I say is, “roll down the window” took a picture, and sat behind the inferred driver. We arrive to pick up our middle child and he goes to the front passenger side and tells our youngest to get in the back who smacks and says “I am.” As they are changing seats I get out, take a picture and go back to my same seat. Our oldest proceeds to drive to the destination that he wants to be dropped off at, and as he’s taking off his seat belt and getting out, our younger son is simultaneously doing the same thing. He proceeds to driver side, as my daughter climbs back to the front passenger seat and I’m getting out thinking “time to take another picture” silently watching, observing, and thinking “look at where the Lord has brought us from.” From car seats, to booster seats, to waiting until you’re 12 to legally get out of the back to putting mom in the back seat??? WAIT A MINUTE, LOL. I kept thinking should I pull rank and drive, sit in the front, or let what naturally happens and see what my husband’s been saying for years let them do it. I took hubby’s suggestion and decided to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. “It’s my season for grace and favor, to reap what I have sown….It’s working together, for my good! #Learning to let them off my lap, yet always on my heart with prayers…
