Afternoon all, and what a glorious couple of days weve had. Inspired by the extreme heat (about 20 degrees you know!), weve gone all salady. On tonights menu we have a Grilled Goats cheese salad or more substantial is the Iberico Ham, chorizo and egg salad - both delicious and refreshing. In other food news, weve decided to introduce a midi-burger, which is just like our monster-sized Bullburgers but smaller, obviously. Still the same varieties but just an ounce or two less meat for those without a huge appetite. Also available are the gorgeous steaks from Halls of Corbridge, a 10oz local rib-eye, or a beef olive sandwich steak served with or without chips. I cant promise that the quiche will be ready for tonight, but will be on tomorrow lunchtime and tomorrow night. Were considering something fishy for tomorrow, but havent decided on exactly what yet. Will keep you posted. Four great ales from Wylam Brewery are on the handpulls, as well as Guinness, Carling, Strongbow, SanMiguel, Stella and Smiths with the usual array of spirits and good wines.
