Afternoon all...just a quick request...if you are not happy at any point when dining with us please ask to speak to Jon or Emma we are always about. Do not upset our young hardworking team who work 7 days a week in hot and busy conditions. Upsetting them is bully behaviour and will not be tollerated. If you want a cheap drink for under £1 or a cheap ice cream dont come to a seafood cafe serving lobster. We do not advertise ourselves as such. We train our lovely team in customer service, our kitchen uses high quality ingredients and work hard to produce good quality food of which we recieve lovely feedback. Our kitchen this week hit over 35c. We may at times run out of dishes. We have provided a bin in the drive at our cost for beach waste. We provide beach towels and sunscreen. We do not rush you from your tables. We provide treats for dogs and birthday celebrations. All in all we try to accommodate all requests. We patch up cuts and stings. We empty our loo ourselves. We support local businesses and charities. We pprovide our staff with tools to ensure you have a nice time with us. We have more sunshades than a garden center. Running a business is expensive and blooming hard work. So if you dont like something, do us a favour and ask to speak to the boss not upset a young member of staff who is just doing their job or get cross if you arrive without a reservation and want a sun shade when its busy. Its not very fair. We do our best. Ta ever so in advance. Am sure we speak on behalf of all our brothers and sisters in the industry. So this us on behalf of them all. X
