Afternoon everyone, we do have Internet but we need to go ashore and pay. We have been pretty busy last few days so I will try to fill you in now. I just finished a long post then lost it somewhere so I will post them in shorter increments. We arrive last Friday morning to a anchorage that was quite full of boats. We were some of the first from Mexico so all the others were from Panama. As we round the breakwater I went forward to take pictures. Turn around and shouted look NO HANDS....this anchorage is a bit rolley but after the past 25 days it seemed calm. Because it was so crowded we had to put .mout a stern anchor and bow anchor... With the help of Anna and Brian we nailed it. Our friends from Exodus came over with 2 baguettes..to welcome us .so there we were 10 am sharing Pacifico beer, champagne and bread. It was a great celebration. We were ready for Tera ferma so we got a ride into town. Unfortunately it was noon and all stores close until 2 pm. That was O K we just wanted to have a walk on land. It is about a 45 min walk back to harbor. We were all surprised at how quickly we adjusted to solid ground. As we were looking up at the rugged mountains...those pics you always see of French Polynesia I said to Bob we are not in kanas anymore. Lady Carolina arrived shortly after us so we had a great dinner that night on exodus. Because they are a catamaran we have most of our dinners on their boat.
