Afternoon folks ,,got some catching up to do , been busy with a lot of things but I do have some requests and some praise, first the praise ,,you may remember about three months ago I told yall about a young man really struggling with meth and I was taking him to the feeman house , well ,, I talked with Troy ( freeman ) yesterday and he advised me that this young man is doing so well and is learning that art of cabinet making so well, it takes a lot to impress Troy but Troy said he is like a sponge ,, I am so grateful for stories like this ,, also his mother goes to the bible meetings every week and is also helping them feed the homeless on the week-ends, how cool is that folks ???? Now , a story that is just starting , I was supposed to meet with a young man this morning to get him to the freeman house , he just got out of jail yesterday and had been living with his grandmother prior,, not good ,, she called this morning in tears , he decided to not go and after speaking with him I knew he was not ready, grandma told him that he was no longer welcome at her house and he decided to go be homeless and on his own , I told her to stick to her guns and I also told him that when he gets sick and tired of being sick and tired and he really wants to change his life ,,,call me ,,but , not until !!! I also got a phone call from some folks Thursday about a 17 year old that assaulted his mother until someone made bail until his father got home from Australlia , I suggested leaving him in jail , there are consequences for our behavior , I personally dont have a place to take juveniles at this time in that situation , I wish I did !! Someday soon I hope ! His grandmother is hearyt broken understandably , but she is doing the right thing ,,its tough to do , so Would yall please be praying for these folks and give Glory to God for the success stories . Just because yall dont hear from me for a while doesnt mean Im sitting on my duff ,, I am so sick of this drug meth ,, I dont have an answer but I do know this ,,, Prayer right now is all I have to offer , along with my wanting to help but once again folks ita al about chopices. Thanks for the ear and the prayers ,,very much appreciated,,,God bless yall ,,,cowboy,,broken curses ministry and ranch ,,one day folks I will have a place for these young folks to come ,,but I am going to need a lot of help I will do the work if I can just get some financial support ,,,I cannot do it alone or else it would have already been done !!!
