Aga Khan University, Pakistan Department of Public Affairs Manager, Digital Communication Projects Introduction Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Manager, Digital Communication Projects. Responsibilities The appointee will oversee and manage projects related to AKU’s website and social media. This includes: leading in long-term planning for the department in terms of web processes and technical implementations developing a sustainable process to meet customer requests and expectations ensuring implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of operational response ensuring implementation of all quality control measures defining issue reporting and management protocols developing capacity within the team for tasks ranging from customer relationship management to business analysis and technical implementation. Requirements Candidates should have: a professional degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with at least seven years of progressive experience in software development, project management or operations, preferably in a large organization a proven track record of implementing large scale complex projects on time, within budget and in scope ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and to work collaboratively with business partners experience of working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment active listening, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem solving and team skills are mandatory.
