Again I just want to thank everyone for the prayers, mom is better than she was last night but still far from stable....she has the flu , in addition to fluid overload , congestive heart failure and copd. Her oxygen levels dropped at one point to 31.4 but they have that regulated at least to 87 or above. Due to oxygen deprivation they at this point r not sure if there was damage to her heart or if shes had a heart attack. Her co2 levels reached almost a hundred and are at 87 right now. They have so far removed 2 liters of fluid from her and r still working on that. Her white blood count is normal but her triglyceride levels are also elevated. They also have her on a bi pap . Shes coherent for brief amounts of time before she nods out again , at this point Im just praying and hoping for the best. Please keep her in your prayers !
