Again Obama and Hillary trash the Constitution. Non-disclosure can never silence those who would answer questions from Congress in their role as overseers of our government. Non-disclosure is used to protect classified information and systems. It is normally required that those leaving positions where they were granted access to highly classified information acknowledge in writing that they are forbidden to disclose what they learned while employed in that position. I have first hand knowledge of them because I was asked to sign them on two different occasions.
