Again a painful defeat at the hands of Roan United! The team will not improve until certain changes are made. 1. Is the technical committee functioning? A technical committees role is to advise a coach on which players to buy and the waeknesses of the team. Tech committee should meet the coaching staff after every game to analyse the lapses the team has. Question that arises is our technical team meeting, I doubt that very much. 2. Is our executive functioning and is it making the right decisions? 3. We need a head coach ASAP with due respect to Chintu he is not the right person to take us out of the relagation zone as he lacks that experience, with time he will be our head coach and take the team to greater heights. 4. Yes money is there so the club hierachy need to spend in June. We need an overhaul in central defence, we need an anchor man, we dont have wingers at all and we need a striker to compliment Owen. Yes I know we need a keeper! Never in the history of this club have we conceded goals like this at home!! I hope some executive committee members will resign on moral grounds as I feel they are to blame for the mess we in. Proudly #warriors
