Agarkar announces retiremen Medium pacer Ajit Agarkar announced his retirement from all competitive cricket a year after he had led Mumbai to the Ranji Trophy title. Agarkar picked up 299 wickets at 30.69 from 110 first-class games, besides appearing in 270 List A games and 62 T20s in a career after debuting in 1996-97. Agarkar also featured in 26 Tests, 191 ODIs and four Twenty20 internationals between 1998 to 2007.
