He introduced the chairperson of the day, General Scelo Mthembu who took over and chaired the meeting. 3.2 Attendance and Apologies Meeting Roll-call circulated and all generals in attendance signed. General Lele to join the meeting later because she is still at work. Lufuno Gogoro and Kgaogelo Molepo to join later aswell. 3.3 Introduction Everyone in the room were offered and opportunity to introduce themselves. 3.4 Business of the day 3.4.1 Building of ADF structures “Introduction of the ADF by General Nevi G” ADF was registered in 2012. We identified ourselves as the Economic Freedom Fighters. The main objective was to emancipate and empower our communities economically. Minutes and resolutions of Voslorus meeting were summarized as follows: ADF to open a security company A delegation was sent to Julius to ask him to recognize the ADF Communication Team to be established Establishment of Civic movement Support of the ELAWU ELAWU was to write a formal letter introducing itself to the ADF A question was asked about the relationship between ADF and EFF. Chair answered that indeed ADF gave birth to EFF even though EFF does not recognize ADF today. ADF is not a political party or aligned to any political party, It is an NGO The structure of the ADF will be as follows: National : 30 Leaders Provincial: 20 leaders District : 15 Regional: 15 It was agreed that the ADF will adopt the military Ranks. 3.4.2 Membership The membership of ADF is R20.00. 14 membership forms has been filled already. 3.4.3 ADF Bank Account The ADF Bank account to be opened by General Mamale, General Mmakau and General Manoko on Tuesday, 09 December 2014 The Agenda item: Reports was scrapped due to time constrains Meeting End Meeting Schedule End: Meeting Actual End: Post Meeting Action Items Action Assigned To Deadline Bank account Mmanoko, Makau, Mamale 09 Dec 2014 Names of leaders for national and province Nevi G and Lufuno 7 Dec 2014 Decisions Made The appointed National structure will create a clear POA and appoint the provincial structure.
