Agreement Certificate This agreement is between MHE Marketing and Cascom Store For the rent of certain parcels of space for the purpose of conducting demonstration campaign about of kitchen wares and household materials. The term of this rental shall be from October 2012 to December 2012 excepts as terminated earlier according to the provision below. We agree to pay lease fee to the space owner of 5,000.00 per month. We agree to pay such sum at the beginning of the rental term and on the unless otherwise mutually agreed. Permitted Uses. We permitted all normal activities associated with above purpose, including but not limited to: We agree to employ standard best management practices. It shall not be consider a default of this lease if weather or other circumstance prevents timely practices or harvesting. Prohibited Uses: We shall not, unless by mutual agreement to the contrary, engage in any of the following activities on said parcel(s): We also agree to proper disposal of trash and waste.
