Ah, I understood clearly how high performance liquid chromatography work. It was from the basic work of spectroscopy discovered by Fraunhofer in 1800s. Spectroscopy. Different elements has a signature spectrum. Spectrum = wavelengths. Hence the birth of liquid chromatography. Pfft...Why cant I connect the dots back then in polytechnic?
