Ah damn! Woke up today with worse Gout than ever. Seems very sugar related. Its the only logical trigger. I laid of sugar for the second time this week and Gout eased up. It was improving yesterday to tolerable levels. Then I had some 74% Dark Chocolate (sweetened with sugar) last night and BAM, full blown painful case of Gout again today. This sucks. Cant walk without stabbing pain in my big toe (the most common settling place for Uric Acid Crystals) A friend with Diabetes confirmed that he used to get wicked Gout before being treated with Diabetes meds. My Pancreas location is is also acting up at the same time. Its linked for sure.
