Ah it is about time that the noose tightened around Tina Joemat-Pettersson. She is destroying South Africas fisheries and agricultural sector at a rapid rate. She is the exemplar of a truly mercenary ANC politician, simultaneously incredibly incompetent, corrupt and uncaring of the the issues of sustainable livelihoods of our citizens and the insane land-use practices she is introducing into our food security system. With her idiotic colleague Edna Molewa at the Department of Environmental and Water undertaking similarly incompetent and politically expedient decisions at the cost of the environment and rural citizens I must admit I find myself in a fighting mood. South Africa its people and environment deserves better than this. Forget Nkandlagate for a moment and look at the lurching crisis each national department seems to be going through. Vote next year everyone and influence as many people across the spectrum that you can. Choose an issue or opportunity that is personally important to who you are and go for it.
