Ah, the final idiocy of Marijuana laws. If this doesnt convince you that our legislators have lost grasp on reality, nothing will. They were pressured to legalize marijuana oil for seizure disorders in children because sometimes, apparently, that is all that helps. But they did not legalize possession, transport or production/growing. So yes, its legal to administer--just not to possess. What???!! And we trust them with our health care, roads, schools and liberty. When people ask me how a Libertarian would do with Ds and Rs in the house and senate I respond--Well Im a spine surgeon and maybe I could give them a spine. They certainly need one for this issue.
