Ah, the impropriety of the crooked legal system in Delaware. Truth and justice is available to all those that grease the wheels of the state government. Perhaps that is why Delaware is #41 on the most corrupt list (according to the Washington Post) when in fact, it is more than likely in the top 5 (due to its favoritism towards businesses). I overheard a Delaware judge once say that ALL the judges in Delaware are on the take and receive perks from the highest bidders. In that sense, it IS the criminal justice system and NOT the victim justice system. The criminals get all the justice while the victims get the shaft. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
