Ah well - at least we had a good days sunshine yesterday - albeit a cold one... Not so today - theres a thin, high blanket of grey that stretches from one horizon to the other, across which small smudges of charcoal smokey clouds are drifting - but at least theyre coming from the west today - which means that that cold, sharp wind has been banished for the time being - and hooray for that! The air is noticeably warmer, and yesterdays sugar coating - beautiful as it was - is nowhere to be seen - although it does look like it might have rained in the night. Here below, a steady breeze is blowing, but that, too is mild - well, for this time of year, anyway - just enough to set the leaves fluttering, but no more than that... Were headed off to clear a floristry job in one of the old guildhalls - which I always enjoy seeing - they do lend a true sense of the history of this city, steeped in old fashioned ways as they are... After that, well probably have lunch somewhere, and who knows what after that... As a result, I must cut this report short, and go get ready - so whatever you find outside, have a good day! :¬}
