Ahh, yes, Page 2 of the Democratic playbook - When you cant win, change or ignore the rules. This is exactly what happened with Obamacare. After Republican Scott Brown was elected to replace Ted Kennedy, rather than negotiate with Republicans, they opted for a reconciliation process to pass the law (which violated Senate rules, but is non-reviewable by Courts). Reid is now droning on about how blocking the appointment of the DC judges is fairness to the common man. What hogwash. The appointments were being filibustered - BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT NEEDED. The positions need to be reassigned to circuits where judges are needed.
