Ahhh..Its that time of year again...School supplies are out and so are all the moms...Buying their supplies in anticipation of the school year coming... ***Rant*** To the mom who felt the need to berate her daughter in Walmart...Yes, I know spending 8 WHOLE weeks with your child at home is tough and I KNOW its hard because shes 9, but telling her how you cant wait till shes back in school and humiliating her in front of everyone in Walmart was an awful display. I put my head down and pretended I didnt hear. I didnt want to see the look in your daughters eyes as you made it VERY clear that you didnt want to be with her the WHOLE summer. Ive heard those words many times from different parents and it breaks my heart. One day your daughter WILL find someone who wants to spend time with her and it will probably be someone who doesnt treat her well...after all YOU set the example of how important she is. Then youll ask yourself, Where did I go wrong?. Children are a blessing , NOT a curse. Your child didnt ask you to have them, YOU chose to. Stop complaining and start showing your children the love and respect you want their future spouse to show them. **** Rant over ****
