Ahhhh I forgot the customer wanted a clear bag, I panicked when I thought I forgot to order the cute printed baby apple bag. I paid to over night the cute bag. Customer come to pick up her order and says, I wanted the clear bag. The staff rebags the apples and I drive go over an hour out of my way to pick them up and deliver them to her. Then 45 minutes back home. I rock at I screwed-up customer service.
