Ahhhh I love Fridays.....especially after a long work week! Breakfast was overnight steel cut Oates, lunch butternut squash soup with carrots and hummus, snack was Apple and dinner was chicken spinach wrap. Planked for 3 minutes and was super excited. Fridays my oldest daughter and I have a tradition of putting little sister in bed and then movie and popcorn....Ill be eating some of that popcorn😃
