Ahhhh, another visiting day at Camp Louemma under our belts. It was great seeing the boys after a month away from home. As usual, we pranked the kids - but after having such a hard time topping last years pie in the face gag we took a more subtle approach. The toothpaste-filled Oreos only got Jish (Noah - and his counselor - somehow grabbed a real Double-Stuff, but by then the jig was up). Thinking that theyre off the hook, boy will they be surprised later (and the rest of the summer) when the Annoy-A-Tron and Evil-Tron we planted in their bunks play a chirping cricket noise (for Jish) or whispers Hey... can you hear me? (for Noah) every few minutes for a month. But the REAL coup de grace will be later when they open the JellyBelly jellybeans we gave them and discover that they were replaced with BeanBoozled jellybeans instead (i.e., flavors like Grass Clippings, Canned Dog Food, Skunk Spray, etc.). On a more positive, proud and noteworthy note, Noah and Jish got leads in the camp play, Youre A Good Man, Charlie Brown (playing Charlie Brown and Linus respectively). We also met Jishs girlfriend - and her family - who are really cool and fun (like us!). 8)
