Ahhhh, home sweet home in Tennessee. I can now scratch sleeping in airplanes and airports off my Things I Want to Do In Life list. I want thank all of my family and friends (both old and new) who financially contributed, prayed for me and sent positive thoughts and words my way during my 19 day adventure in Ecuador. All of my hopes and goals for the trip were met or exceeded because of your help. Thank you Paola Martinez for welcoming me into your Clara Luna family of volunteers in Puerto Lopez and for introducing me to your wonderful Mom and Dad and your two brilliant sons. You are doing astounding work in your city with the children and special needs residents. Que dios te bendiga, mi amiga! Thank you to Bobby and Lori Leeks for the privilege of speaking to the Young Life group at your ministry headquarters in Cuenca. God bless you richly as you journey deeper into Gods destiny plans in Ecuador. Thank you to Cuenca Christian Church for allowing me to freely share, both publicly and privately, my understanding of Gods Kingdom with you. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality and welcoming offers for future visits. I especially want to thank my friends Gary and Sue Gaither who generously housed, fed, guided, transported, put up with me and inspired me to new heights as you lifted my aspirations to be a better man in every way. Also, a special word of thanks and acknowledgment to Dayana Reyes who brilliantly served as my interpreter when addressing the Spanish speaking groups. Last, but not least..many thanks to my lovely wife Leslie for allowing me to go and for keeping the home fires burning... Its good to be home...I need a hot soaking bath. Chow for now!
