A sunny Winter in Saxony… at least today… when the clouds happen to break… Days lengthen slowly, darkness abates after the night… everythings gonna be ok… or at least: It is how it is… and there It Is… We are grateful for “Love” in the world. Love, as the motivating principle of Organic Life, is a Song, singing to everything and All, ears open or closed, and the Song is an Unfolding in the form of a Rose. A seed becomes a tree, so a dream becomes a way… and we listen to the subtle tones… Again. And again. And again. Enclosed petals bend and cover, enfolded within each other, opening. For the occasion of the Impending Vernality and the Renaissance of Organic Life in the Natural World Ive assembled a 7” vinyl of 2 original compositions and an accompanying 8 track cd with some of my favorite love songs, some known, some obscure, housed in a sewn red velvet heart. (“ohhh, how sweet…”*) Yes, this project was especially conceived as a potential amatory gift (aka: Valentines present) for: Objects of Desire, Imaginary Lovers, or Someones Mother.
