Ahoy. My name is Doug Driesel Jr. I’m a stand-up comedian of eight years who did sketch comedy for five years before that. I’ve been on television twice, once telling jokes. I’m also a director. It’s why I went to college. A while back, I combined these two facets of myself and made a movie with a bunch of friends of mine (and a handful of funny people I only kind of know) to make a movie called “100 Jokes.” It is a documentary on comedy where I have one hundred comics each tell a joke. It’s a good movie, too. All of the preview screenings went great, I started to submit it to festivals, then…I ran out of dough.
