Aiden had an MRI today. It revealed a questionable spot on his liver. The radiologist did not feel that it looked like metastatic disease our oncologist says it could likely be benign, but we are really worried about this finding. He will get a CT scan tomorrow and an MIBG (neuroblastoma specific scan). We hope to have more information on what this liver lesion is and how the chemo and radiation worked on the area in his ribs. Please pray boldly that this new spot is not cancer and that there is definite improvement in his ribs. Also please say a prayer for our friend Madeline. She finished her treatment for Neuroblastoma shortly before we started ours. She has several lesions on her liver that will be biopsied tomorrow. Please pray that these lesions are not cancer as well.
