Air Commandos and families, here is a message from your Wing Commander: Team, The base is in good condition and ready to resume operations starting tomorrow. As such, please ensure that when reporting for duty tomorrow do it in a manner that is safe (each situation is different), prudent, and allows time to support our family situations (note that all schools are two hour delayed reporting). Please be cognizant that we are expecting icing conditions on the roadways from todays melt. After arriving on base please focus on the following: - Clearing snow around your facilities (sidewalks and parking lots) - Inspecting your facilities for any snow/water damage (please call into CE if discovered) - Returning to normal operations I would like to send a special shout out to all the teams, especially our on-base and dorm residents, who swarmed the base to make sure we could return to near-normal ops in such a rapid manner.
