Air Pollution by Builder of Emerald Garden , Vishnupuri The builders in Kanpur are least concerned about dust pollution. Kanpurs first 21 story reunder construction Emerald Garden at Company Bagh , Vishnupuri , daily creates dust pollution to all nearby residential complex for last one year, as can be seen in this video , just to save its money. Similarly, while as per contract conditions, all road related digging works have provisions for water sprinkling 3 time in a day ( they do it on road at Commisioners residence ) but elsewhere the public breathes the dust in whole Kanpur for last 3 years. Hope govt. pollution authorities and DM of Kanpur , will look into this .
