Air fried mathris or matthis. Crunchy and guilt free. :) Recipe: 1 cup atta 1/3 cup sooji 1.5 tbsp oil A pinch of pepper Salt to taste Water to knead Make a dough out of all the ingredients. When adding water, be careful to add in small quantities so that the final dough is a little harder than normal roti dough. Roll out the dough to the thickness of a roti and cut shapes using any small round object. Ensure you poke holes with a fork in the round cut dough. Put the cut dough in the air fryer and set for 5 mins. After 5 mins, judge the colour and decide how many more mins (2 or 3) are required. Once done, cool and store in an airtight container.
