AirHarders, As many of you have heard by now, we are currently - TopicsExpress

AirHarders, As many of you have heard by now, we are currently going through some internal changes. While it was our intention to keep these matters private and not have them spreading through the local Airsoft community, information regarding these private issues were put out by persons who are not affiliated with Airhard. Because of this we are forced to respond. Due to legal reasons and because of an ongoing criminal investigation we are unable to release very much information. What we can tell you at this time is that David Aga is no longer working at Airhard Tactical. Dave was a trusted friend and business partner but due to reasons we cannot elaborate on, we were put into a position as a company where we had no choice but to ask him to step away from the company. We can assure you that our decision was legally and ethically justified and was not made in haste or without a thorough investigation of the facts. Based on the last communication we had with Dave, he feels that the decision was unjust and unfair and intends to dispute the decision through the legal system. As we already mentioned, the decision to separate from Dave was not made in haste nor without the prior consultation of an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant and again, we are confident that our decision was both legally and ethically justified. As far as the stories and rumors that are being spread, we simply ask that you withhold any judgement until all the information is available and that you consider the sources of what information you have come across. We still have the support of all of our business partners, nobody has dropped us as some people have reported. One of our sponsored teams, The Horsemen, have decided to withdraw from our sponsorship program and since Dave is a quasi member of The Horsemen, their decision is understandable. We are sad to see them make their decision without hearing our side first but we understand their decision. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused and to avoid any further disruption, this will be the only time we will be addressing this issue until more information can be released. We wish to thank the hundreds of players, friends, teams and associates who have contacted us to show their support as well as our valued business partners who remain at our side. And finally, on a personal note, besides being a business partner, Dave was a trusted friend who made many contributions to the success of Airhard. The decision to separate from Dave was a necessary business decision but that still did not make it an easy decision. We all liked Dave and considered him a friend and we all wish things could have gone differently. We hold no ill will against Dave and we truly wish him the best in his next endeavor. Thank You for your continued support, now lets move on and play some Airsoft! Joe McAllister Chase McAllister Tyler Jones PS-Any negative comments directed towards EITHER party will be deleted. We are attempting to diffuse the situation and move forward, not fan any flames.
