Akshay Kumar train and impresses Real Cops The 45-year-old Akshay Kumar is super fit and is a six degree Black Belt holder. Recently, Vishwas Nangre Patil, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, West Mumbai visited Akshays unique gym along with his IPS probationers (young trainee IPS officers) where Akshay showed them his innovative technique of building flexibility without the help of weights. The officers, who included six ladies, were impressed. Akshay later visited Patils regional office where he met the Quick Response commando team trained after 26/11 to fight armed men and 175 sub inspectors. Talking to us Patil said, Akshay was kind enough to come to our office and has expressed his desire to train my commandos in flexibility and endurance.
