Al Faisal win Underarm Cup Muscat: Al Faisal registered a one-wicket win against Al Khoud to lift the Al Basim and Al Khusnood International Underarm Cricket Cup, organised by Rising Kokan CT. The match was held at the Muscat Club ground in Wadi Kabir. Electing to bat after winning the toss, Al Khoud were bowled all out for 36 in 5 overs. The bowler to cause all the damage was Khurram, who finished with figures of 4 for 13. Set a target of 37 to win, Al Faisal, in response, completed the formalities, scoring 40 for the loss of 5 wickets in 5 overs. Khurram of Al Faisal was declared the Man of the Final. Chief guest Suhail Khan of ISC Urdu Wing, along with Azra Aleem and Sameer Parkar, distributed the prizes to the winners and runners-up. During the award ceremony, Faiyaz of Al Khoud was adjudged the Man of the Tournament. Irfan from Al Faisal was declared the Best Batsman, while the Best Bowler award went to Mujahid Surve of Rising Kokan, and the Best Fielder trophy went to Kishan of Al Manarat.
