Al Qaeda in Aleppo issued fatwa to cut off the heads of opposition coalition members as well heads of Assads loyalists. Abu Abdul-Rahman al-Masri, the military commander of the Islamic State of Iraq and The Levant in al-Bab city near Aleppo said, ‘‘Whoever supports basher al-Assad even by a word, his head will be cut off his body as well the National Coalition members are included. During the Fridays pray, Muslims weekly pray, ISIL’s leader mocked of sentence was issued by Shariah Authority in al-Bab city to whip a man accused of supporting Assad 20 lashes only after he expressed happiness for regular army advances in the rebel-held areas in Aleppo.
