SAP knowledge will be added advantage. Should be experienced in daily planning activities and Turnaround activities. 5 Electrical Technicians Minimum 5 years experience in Petrochemical environment / engineering Industry. Knowledge in English language (speak, read and understand) 6 Use of standard instrument to check voltage, amperage, speed, rotation and vibration. Troubles shooting and repair of ground faults. Repair of Electrical motors, replacement of bearing and seals, installation of motors, connection starters and circuits, rewinding of LV and HV motors, repair of transformers, breakers, feeders, isolation switches, control boxes etc.. Maintenance of battery standby systems. Ability to splice cables up to 500 MCM etc.. 7 Instrument Technicians Minimum 5 years experience in Petrochemical / oil / Gas company. Knowledge in English language (speak, read and understand) Experience in Maintenance, trouble shooting, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance of all process instruments. Should be able to read, interpret P & I diagrams, interlock logic and loop diagrams and conversant with various symbols and standards. 8 Forklift Operators Minimum Five (5) years in operating forklifts preferably in industrial plants. shall have valid forklift operator license. Ability to operate forklifts up to 8 tons. Work to be carried out in extreme climates and difficult environment. Experience in Middle East / KSA will be preferred. 9 Hydraulic Technicians Minimum five (5) years experience in the overhauling and maintenance of Hydraulic equipment’s in a steel plants or similar plants. Experience in repairing & maintenance of hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, manufacturing of hydraulic hoses etc. Trouble shooting of hydraulic operated equipments like shearing machines, hydraulic press etc. Installation of tubing and pipe line, cushioning of cylinders, testing of hoses etc. 10 Condition Monitoring Specialist Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Machinery reliability and inspection field preferably in Petrochemical plant. Familiarity with Personal Computer and experience of working with software application packages , engineering codes, regulations & Standards etc…Should have good experience in inspection, reliability engineering and condition monitoring on the plants rotating and reciprocating equipment . Develops and prepare procedures for inspection of all rotating and reciprocating equipment, provides functional support for its routine, shutdown, turnaround inspections and to ensure mechanical integrity of rotating /reciprocating equipment for safe plant operation. Investigate and analysis failure and prepare recommendations for repair, modification and ensure its correct implementations. 11 Analyzer Technician 12 Millwright Fitter Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Power Plants Projects. Capable to lead the team of Planning Engineers of different sites,Consolidate the reports for the Management. 16 Sr. Project Managers Minimum 20 years experience in handling lump Sum, Turn Around & Tankage maintenance of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Power Plants Project. Should be a qualified Mechanical Engineer. 17 Material Engineer Minimum 8 years experience in the same capacity in Refinery/Petrochemical/ Chemical Industries. Should have knowledge of International codes and standards. English reading, writing and speaking ability. Should be familiar with international codes and standards and should be capable to fix the acceptance criteria with respect to International Standards. Should have experience for controlling the Project Materials (including client supplied), guiding material controllers / storekeepers; expediting and tracking, keeping track of project inventory and ensure proper storage and utilization. 18 Mechanical Engineers Minimum Eight (8) years experience in Handling Lumsum, Turnaround and Tankage maintenance projects.Familiar with maintenance program, practice and procedures, Reports generation etc., Strong Supervisory background & practical experience in multi-craft supervision, both in Static & Rotating Equip. 19 Sr. Quantity Surveyor Minimum Ten(10) years experience in the same capacity in hanlding lumpsum, Turnaround and tankage in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical Industries.Should be a Mechanical Engineering Gratuate.Able to analyz the Revenue / cost reports of different projects, consolidate and sumbit reports to the Management.Able to understand contract conditions and instruct / guide the Site QS as and when required. Able to conduct site audit on the work progress reported on frequent intervals. 20 Quantity Surveyor Minimum Five (5) years experience in the same capacity in hanlding lumpsum, Turnaround and tankage in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical Industries.Should be a Mechanical Engineering Gratuate.Able to analyz and report the Daily , Weekly and Monthly progress of the work on the concern site. 21 Safety Representative Minimum 5 yrs experience, should be graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety, OSHA & NEBOSH certification is required. Should have good knowledge in interpreting International HSE standards and codes; a good communicator, should have good training ability, a team leader with analytical and efficient report writing skill. 22 Safety Engg Minimum 8 yrs experience, should be a qualified Engineer (Any Discipline) with Diploma in Industrial Safety, OSHA & NEBOSH certification is required.
