Al b tabling my approprition bill very soon. I hope my desire to tax friends and family wont b rejected coz as u know my greatest taxpayer has refused to play ball bcoz I reminded him that he is mean. Al b impossing a 16% tax on less basic things like - Kuoga - kufua - Kusalimia. - Kulipa madeni - Kunidai - Kukaribishwa kwangu etc U total the tax will rope in over 400 social activities that hav created my name at the expence of my small pocket. However, due to public demand, the folliwin will b Zero Rated: - Kulala - Kula kwa wenyewe - Kukatiana among others. Meanwhile am in taljs with mama mboga to remind her that I have extended the borrowing ceiling hence she shd buy a new book ya kuandika madeni yangu. Am also in talks with the pastor to declare nyama a persona nograta in my hse. He shd find a good quote in the bible to support it so that haters can hav little to gossip abt. Am also turning East coz my neighbour on the east seems not to mind wn I deliver to him greeting in person during meals time.
