Al –Qur’an ------ Surah (2) Al Baqarah—Ayat----- 261 to 263 In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ [261] مَثَلُ الَّذينَ يُنفِقونَ أَموٰلَهُم فى سَبيلِ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنبَتَت سَبعَ سَنابِلَ فى كُلِّ سُنبُلَةٍ مِا۟ئَةُ حَبَّةٍ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُضٰعِفُ لِمَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ وٰسِعٌ عَليمٌ [261] যারা আল্লাহর রাস্তায় স্বীয় ধন সম্পদ ব্যয় করে, তাদের উদাহরণ একটি বীজের মত, যা থেকে সাতটি শীষ জন্মায়। প্রত্যেকটি শীষে একশ করে দানা থাকে। আল্লাহ অতি দানশীল, সর্বজ্ঞ। [261] The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allâh, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allâh gives manifold increase to whom He wills. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures needs, All-Knower [262] الَّذينَ يُنفِقونَ أَموٰلَهُم فى سَبيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ لا يُتبِعونَ ما أَنفَقوا مَنًّا وَلا أَذًى ۙ لَهُم أَجرُهُم عِندَ رَبِّهِم وَلا خَوفٌ عَلَيهِم وَلا هُم يَحزَنونَ [262] যারা স্বীয় ধন সম্পদ আল্লাহর রাস্তায় ব্যয় করে, এরপর ব্যয় করার পর সে অনুগ্রহের কথা প্রকাশ করে না এবং কষ্টও দেয় না, তাদেরই জন্যে তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে রয়েছে পুরস্কার এবং তাদের কোন আশংকা নেই, তারা চিন্তিতও হবে না। [262] Those who spend their wealth in the Cause of Allâh, and do not follow up their gifts with reminders of their generosity or with injury, their reward is with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve [263] ۞ قَولٌ مَعروفٌ وَمَغفِرَةٌ خَيرٌ مِن صَدَقَةٍ يَتبَعُها أَذًى ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَنِىٌّ حَليمٌ [263] নম্র কথা বলে দেয়া এবং ক্ষমা প্রদর্শন করা ঐ দান খয়রাত অপেক্ষা উত্তম, যার পরে কষ্ট দেয়া হয়। আল্লাহ তা’আলা সম্পদশালী, সহিঞ্চু। [263] Kind words and forgiving of faults are better than Sadaqah (charity) followed by injury. And Allâh is Rich (Free of all Needs) and He is Most-Forbearing.
