Alaafia FB, Over the past three months, I have been lecturing on African Spirituality and specifically about Orisa. In the video below, I outlined for the University of Maryland Baltimore County students that African Spirituality is based on a relationship with the Ancestors, Egungun, intermediate spirits, Orisa, and the oneness of God, Olodumare. During our Ifa Festival time, we meet on the Ifa day to praise Ifa and also discuss how the practice of Ifa help us maintain balance with the Egungun, Orisa, and Olodumare.
