#Alabama #Criminal #Defense #Lawyer - Madison County sheriffs deputies found a man with a gunshot wound at the Mapco at the intersection of Jeff Road and Capshaw Road on Thursday night. The story the victim told them was an unusual one. Deputies said the victim and an acquaintance met up at the Wal-Mart on U.S. 72 at approximately 9:30 p.m. The two drove to another location but got into a physical altercation somewhere along the way. When this happened, the victim said his acquaintance shot him. Deputies said after the shooting happened, the pair drove on to the gas station where the victim jumped out and ran while the offender fled in the car. Deputies said the victim first tried running inside for help and also jumped into a customers car and yelled drive, but the customer refused. Deputies said an off-duty Huntsville police officer was at the intersection and saw the commotion. The officer intervened then called the sheriffs department. #Alabama #Criminal #Defense #Lawyer KrepsLawFirm #KLF
