Alan Jay Wescoat: Let us work together to do a little experiment in lateral mobility across the space-time continuum. I am visualizing a gradual shift. I am going to focus on this every day. Three things: people are just a LITTLE nicer. People are just a LITTLE smarter and more aware. Those playing the domination game are just a LITTLE weaker. Now, in order to accomplish this shift, I have to be the right kind of person to get where I want to go. i have to be a little nicer. I have to be a little smarter. I have to give less power to those playing the domination game. If we are clear of the bottleneck, more and more possible futures should open up, along with the capacity for each of us to decide where in the continuum we want to go. I want eventually to get to a really incredibly nice place full of really nice, smart people who know how to have fun, awesome weed, tremendous sharing, and magnificent technology. I likewise accept that at present that I am not spiritually prepared to suddenly BE in such a place. Accordingly, I will guide my spiritual development so that as I develop, I will slide toward where I truly want to be.
