Alan Moores mention of incest families from his childhood always struck me as odd, in that documentary about him. It makes you wonder about Alan, if hes thinking about incest all the time, right? Would it be his fault, if they were incestuous and this puzzled him, because he was not? Or, who knows, right? You arent Alan, you cant make that assumption for him. All youve got is his assumed innocence, until guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Now, reasonable doubt, this changes from person to person. Some people, they see a person accused, they see a guilty person. That is that. Its compelling when you read supposedly objective news articles covering legal proceedings, in this country, and they always leave some impression in your mind. Is this what you call objective, or is this propaganda? Well, is it a crime, if it sells newspapers, brings in advertising revenue? Me, I dont think Alan is involved in any such thing, because, if you were, you would want to be very quiet about that fact.
