Alan Ross .... Remember the little law that says Congress has the right to insider information when b buying and selling stock. That insider information can be passed on to companies who can also buy and sell stock with information that tells them which way the market is going to move with a particular purchase, some law being passed that will either increase or decrease ones value. Those companies can therefore make billions in only a few days. To pay back the Clintons for all that useful information at $200,000 per speech is a drop in the bucket.
