Alaska Native Fund Affiliates, Greetings! Once again, we have opened our 2015 grantmaking docket now until December 1st for Letters of Inquiry (LOI). Full proposals will be invited by January 15, 2015. Organizations can receive up to $20,000 and individuals can receive up to $10,000 and Youth Organizing Projects are eligible for up to $5000. Awards will be distributed in May of 2015. Find out more information for eligibility at alaskaconservation.org/grant-opportunities/alaska-native-fund/. This year marks the first year that we are switching to an online portal so applicants can apply online. To begin, you will have to register by accessing the registration page on the link above (scroll down to the bottom and youll see it). Then after you register, go back to the same link above and click Start a new Letter of Inquiry here. If you would like to participate in a pre-application teleconference, please RSVP with me by emailing me at [email protected]. Teleconferences will take place October 8, 2014 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, and November 12, 2014 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. During these Pre-Application teleconferences, ACF staff will go over eligibility criteria, the ANF framework and requirements, and any other questions applicants have regarding the LOI process.
