Alastair Chorlton has cleverly hunted me down and found me (on Facebook of all places) to take part in the 5 Day Song Challenge. That is - post a favourite (and meaningful) song and nominate 3 people to do the same, everyday for 5 days. The reason I was reluctant to take part is not the song posting but the nominating people and I didnt feel comfortable lumbering others with the task. Sooooo, changing the rules slightly, sorry Alastair... I will post a song a day here and anyone of my friends who would like to do the same on their timeline, please tag yourself in my post and me in your song posts :) Day I Sad news last week for us Leonard Cohen fans was that Leonard will not be touring in 2015. If this had been announced later in the year it would not feel so heartbreaking but to write off the whole of the next 12 months does not bode well. After all, not many 80 year olds take a year off to spring back into action at age 81.
