Alderman Burnett said, I used to think there were a bunch of thugs or drug dealers coming in and out of this building because the way some of them dressed and looked then I come to find out they are all music industry folk with some of the most historical and impressionable backgrounds from filmmakers to rap artists and house artists to blues to gospel to comics. They were all coming to see this man,an amazing asset to our city. Today we honor him with a street in his name: HONORARY JAY B. ROSS Way. Friends, clients, colleagues came in from New York and LA to share this special day with our very own Big Ross Man, Jay B. Ross With Phil Moy, Farley Jack Master Funk, David Dub, Doug Chamberlin & Gay Chamberlin, Blue from my favorite club in Harlem, Paris Blues (Sam Cooksey).
