The president of Australia Wheelchair Handball is happy to announce tryouts and selection for the Aussie Team to compete in the World Champs in Brazil Sept 14 -29 2013 The venue of the tryouts and selection of the team will held at Witten Oval thursday nights, address to be confirmed today. The tryouts and selection period is over three weeks. Past players and welcomed to attend. The president wishes that all players contact friends and associates who would like to represent Australia in this great sport. The president will contact past players personally. The president believes in this great sport, and Australia has some great players. The president said " Even with our limited resources of players and international experience, the Australian Wheelchair Handball team will be strong against countries like Brazil and Japan" The president also said that funding is required to fly the players to Brazil. The management and team are doing all they can, but strong support is required by the supporters of this great game. In some wheelchair sports it takes years to get the Aussie team, but not in Wheelchair Handball 0-4mths you could be playing for Australia. Be the dream be the sport of Wheelchair Handball.
